History

Bluewave Cutting and Fabrication was established in 2022 as a premiere waterjet cutting and fabrication facility in Reedsville WI. Specializing in cutting multiple types of material. Expansion from 7500 sq ft to 15000sq ft later in 2022 allowed for fabrication of large structural projects as well as smaller piece work. A brake press and paint facility were added in 2023.

Purpose

Seeing a need for a strong business presence on Reedsville, the owners whom are residents of the area chose to invest in building Bluewave from scratch. With goals of providing the highest quality service as well as providing jobs in the community for future generations.

Our Facility

Building covering 15,000 sq ft with 3 overhead cranes, 2 ton, 5 ton and 10 ton with 18ft hook height. This allows loading, unloading and material handling of large plates and heavy components within the working area. Multiple work stations provide smooth fabrication of products and organized operation in all aspects of the business.
